Cartoon Whale with Water Spout
This cheerful cartoon whale shoots a playful water spout from its blowhole as it swims along. Whales are the largest animals on Earth, and they come in various colors, from blue to gray. Try coloring the whale a light blue and the water in darker shades for contrast.
