Cheerful Shih Tzu in the Rain

This charming Shih Tzu loves rain! It’s all dressed up in a cozy raincoat and boots, splashing through puddles. Shih Tzus are known for their friendly nature and are great companions. Try using bright yellows for the raincoat and a fun pattern on the boots to make this scene pop.
